What is the main setting of the book? Describe it using descriptive words and details for someone to easily visualize. (Pretend you are explaining it to someone who is going to draw a detailed picture of this setting.) How does it look? What colors are around? How does it make the characters feel being there? Use at least 3 sentences.
The main setting of my book The Maze Runner is the Glade. The Glade is the center part of the maze were all the boys live. It is split into four sections, one called the homestead were everyone sleeps and eats. The second part is called the gardens, were they grow the crops. The third part is called the blood house were they raise and slaughter animals. Finally the last part is called the dead heads which is the forest were the graveyard is.
The main setting in this book is the palace. Mare, Maven, Cal, and everyone else in the palace mostly roams the Hall there. The Hall has tan stone and glittering mosaic floors. The doors are made of carved wood and flowing glass with guards at every door and window. There are also stone benches here and there in the Hall. In the beginning when Mare first got there she thought it was heaven but now that she lives there it is not as special as is used to be.
The book Artemis Fowl is located in Ireland and the center of the Earth. In Ireland where Artemis lives it has a dark kinda mood where the colors are dark and gloomy and it makes the character Artemis look even more evil. The center of the Earth where the fairies live including Holly where it has a crowded hot type of mood. Its color is dark because there is no natural sunlight. This makes Holly depressed because whenever she goes to work there is a crowd around her bugging her, but when she comes to the surface she feels happy to see the plants.
The setting looks like their is no color ,everything is black ,white ,and gray. It looks like this because the silvers design everything so everything has to look how like they picture everything. So if I where to draw it I would put white buildings ,and gray roads ,and almost everyone wearing black. So you could say it looks dull everywhere.
So far in the book, Artemis Fowl has captured a leprechaun By the name of Holly short. The other leprechauns tried to rescue her by following her GPS signal but when they got to it it turned out to be a trap and officer Root barely made it out alive. luckily for Holly Artemis mentioned his name and the fairies tracked him down to his mansion. Artemis knew the faries were coming so he modified Holly’s helmet so Butler could see through the fairy shields there wasn’t much of a battle because of butlers strength and combat skills and the fairies fled the area in the blink of an eye so they wouldn’t lose theirs.
In my book “Ruby Red” the main setting is the palace. The palace is huge and has a room for everything you could imagine. It is made out of a glass called Diamond Glass. Diamond Glass is indestructible. The palace also has a lot of different bright and crazy colors. Some of these colors are, red, yellow, blue and orange. The palace also has cameras everywhere. Mare hates being in the palace because she feels guilty for living such a good lifestyle and she hates it because the cameras are watching her every second of the day.
Artemis Fowl is inside his mansion watching through a camera as Butler is fighting off a pack of fairies all of the fairies are knocked out except one. The one fairy is trembling and butler gives the fairy permission to bring in some unarmed medics for the injured. The medics leave the giant mansion. Butler grins evilly and walks back inside the mansion.

You are giving me more of a summary instead of specifically describing a setting you visualize.
The setting of The Maze Runner is a big open area called the glade. There are small buildings and areas with small forests. surrounding it is a giant stone maze with four big doors that the runners run in.
In my book the setting is train station called Kings Cross. There is a tall ticket counter and a cafe. There also is pillars down the center with an open side for the train. This place makes Alfie happy because he comes here to make money with his shoe shine box.
The main setting of my book, The Maze Runner, is The Glade. Its basically a small town without houses and with one big cafeteria surrounded by a maze. It has a graveyard deep in the woods, a homestead which is just like a big building for meetings and stuff like that, a kitchen where the food is cooked (obviously), a slaughterhouse, a garden, and even more places in it. Supplies for the Gladers are dropped of every week in a big box. The Glade has kind of a gloomy feel to it because it is surrounded by a maze and nobody can get out.
The book is going just fine. Right now Artemis has Juliet as a Prisoner. Butler is looking at Stun batons. I never new how tough Artemis is. He told Captain that if he didint push a button, he would climb up there and push the button with his face. Earlier Artemis and Butler caught a lepricon. Now they have Juliet!
Not the correct post.
The setting of my book is at a train station called Kings Cross. There are pillars in a row and a tall ticket booth. Alfie is happy because he shines shoes there.
Be more descriptive in describing how it looks.
In red queen the setting is colorful and bright with amazing walls and wood flooring and the windows are diamond glass that can’t be broken and there are gaurds everywere at every door and window there is and she hates it when she first saw it she loved it but not now
Good, but proof read before you submit. You do not have a complete sentence. No periods anywhere.
This book is taking place in Ireland. I can imagine what Ireland looks like because… I’v never been there. But I do think there is cities.
I also think it would be light because of cities. And I do believe their parents lived there.
